Employment Readiness


Achieving meaningful employment is a vital step toward self-confidence and independence. Our employment readiness curriculum includes resume building, job search strategies, interview preparation, and networking skills. With a focus on self-assessment, goal setting, and hands-on skill development, participants gain the tools and confidence to secure employment in fields that align with their strengths and goals.

Recovery Skills


Sustaining recovery involves both practical tools and a supportive community. In the recovery skills curriculum, participants learn strategies for managing triggers, setting personal goals, and fostering healthy relationships. Through peer-led coaching and structured sessions, each person builds a personalized recovery plan, including relapse prevention, mindfulness, and community support.

Fitness & Nutrition


Physical wellness is crucial to maintaining a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. With nutrition-focused meals provided and a gym membership included, participants are supported in developing healthy habits that complement their recovery journey.
