Complete the Enrollment Process
At True North Recovery Services, we make it easy to get started. Whether you call us or connect online, we’ll guide you through checking your eligibility, collecting the necessary information, and scheduling your first appointment with ease.
Confirmation You’re Good to Go!
Once we’ve reviewed your information, we’ll notify you that you’re ready to move forward. Depending on when you submit your details, this can take as little as an hour. Submissions made late in the day or on weekends may take a bit longer, but rest assured, we’ll get back to you promptly.
Join the Virtual Queue for Visits
Our team-based approach ensures comprehensive care at True North Recovery Services. While you might not see the same provider at every visit, you can access care when it’s time for a follow-up or prescription renewal—whenever it fits your schedule.
Completing Your Visits
New patients will start with two visits. First, you’ll meet with a Care Coordinator to review your medical history, answer questions, and help set up any additional services you need. Next, you’ll meet with a Clinician who will assess your needs and provide a prescription if necessary. This visit may take up to 30 minutes, so please remain in the queue to ensure you’re seen without any delays. Rest assured, every patient gets the care they need!
